酸的东西吃太多,也会受不了...

人生也一样, 就是有酸有甜,有苦有乐,有悲有喜...

生命也因此而精彩,因此而美丽...

生命是脆弱的,生命真的是脆弱的。也许在你热情奔放,在你闪耀着无限光华的时候,你只知道生命的美丽和灿烂,你只知道生命如春风怡人、鸟语花香。可你知道吗?生命有时脆弱的不堪一击,轻飘飘的就如那凋零的花、飞舞的雪,一触即碎。

生命何其美丽,生命又何其短暂,可生命又何其脆弱啊!当面对脆弱的生命销声匿迹时,伤感、痛楚和无奈一针针地扎在我的心上...

曾经健谈的她因病魔的纠缠,变了,变得忧郁,无奈...

请珍惜生命吧,珍惜这美丽而又脆弱的生命。不管你是卑微的小人物,还是显赫的大人物;不管你是贫贱的拾荒者,还是高贵的达官贵人;不管你是健全的,还是身有残疾的。都请你好好珍惜这美丽而脆弱的生命。

珍惜生命,就是珍惜亲人的温暖和关爱;珍惜生命,就是对亲人最大的感恩和报答...

毕业典礼 - 青春留笔

收拾起曾经亲自创造的记忆,行襄里尽是对往昔的叹息。无奈!我总是太不潇洒,突然间那么的在乎......遥视的目光早已无力,已瑟缩在心底,只能透露出一种焦灼,一种无可奈何。习惯了沉默与单身,只是不习惯夕阳连你们的身影也要拉走,拉远了,消散了最后一个美好的意象。

该走的,留也留不住。有缘的,终究还会相逢。该在残阳下吹箫,吹破长空,吹破寂静,此时,风亦萧萧......只是,再回首时,依然——痛......关上宿舍的门锁上这段回忆~飘荡荡的过了这三年。

无论天是不是很蓝,日子过得是不是很慢,在那个即定的时刻,我们终究还是要毕业了。一下子感受到了悲伤的气氛,共同进退的组员,同窗,情侣,大家都在忙着抱头痛哭,满是动人的故事和未了的情缘...... 我们走了,淡淡的忧伤和苍凉。也许会最后再和共处几年的房间,陪我们度过多少夜晚的床合一张影。

兄弟们坐一圈,暖壶烧一次开水,让我为你们泡那么一壶回忆...... 我们也曾专注的听过课......遇到了比较“和蔼”的老师。教室的前几排通常是空着。还记得那样的课堂吗?当然,更多的时候我们还是在“睡觉”。

喝茶应该算是大学里面最廉价的消遣方式了吧。他送给她的小熊是把它带回家还是继续留在这里见证他们的爱情?孤单的球鞋最后一次用它触球......

毕业照那天,大家坐在一起,都变得和气起来了......以后彼此也会有不同的金钱和地位那时候我们还会像这样亲密无间吗?以后你们是否还常常翻起我们的照片,看看facebook 与friendster被tagged 的回忆录? 总是期待能有下一次坐在一起碰杯的日子......

离别...泪流...莫名其妙的感动......有些东西我们是无论如何也留不住地。它总在我们不经意的时候,从指缝中悄悄滑过,譬如时间,譬如青春,你只能斜靠着墙壁,呆呆地看着它一分一秒地流逝过去。

雨还是在飘,花开花谢,依旧在轮回。那段大学校园的日子却会化作轻轻的风轻轻的梦轻轻的朝朝夕夕,变成了淡淡的泪淡淡的笑淡淡的那年那月。关上宿舍的门,锁上这段回忆,我们真的走了...... 但愿我们能满怀信心期待下一次的相逢。在此向来临的毕业典礼致敬,也借此祝你们前程似锦!

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about what is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to__________ today. I am thankful for______________'

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli , almonds & walnuts.

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

8. Eat breakfast like a king or queen, lunch like a prince or princess and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge
card.

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. You are not so important that you have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask and believe .

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are in need. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for__________. Today I accomplished _________.

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. You'll be smiling before you know it.
